The Result

The renovation featured extensive interior upgrades throughout the main level, including all-new hardwood flooring installed across the first floor and addition, with carpet remaining only in the living room. The master suite expansion incorporated a walk-in closet with custom shelving and a spa-like bathroom featuring a tile shower with ceiling-height walls, double vanity, and semi-frameless enclosure. The project required sophisticated structural engineering to support the addition, including the installation of LVL beams and proper foundation work with a slab-on-grade system. A new energy-efficient HVAC heat pump system was installed to condition the addition and second floor, along with comprehensive electrical, plumbing, and finish work throughout.
