The Result

The renovation extended throughout the main level with new hardwood flooring installation in the kitchen, dining room, family room, and master bedroom areas. The basement level was finished as an open screened porch with structural columns, screening, and access doors. A new high-efficiency HVAC heat pump system was installed to properly condition the new addition and second floor. All work included comprehensive architectural and engineering services, full permitting, and was executed to meet or exceed county building codes with a three-year workmanship warranty.
