Whitson Drive Springfield Sunroom Addition

MOSS Building & Design completed a comprehensive one-story sunroom addition measuring approximately 15'x10' for a residence in Springfield, VA. The project involved complete demolition of the existing solarium, deck railing, decking, and connecting screen porch wall to make way for the new construction. The new sunroom features high-quality Energy Star rated vinyl casement windows and a sliding glass door, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and custom HVAC and electrical systems including recessed lighting and a ceiling fan. The addition was constructed with conventional framing, OSB sheathing, and a stick-built roof system tied seamlessly into the existing structure, complete with matching vinyl siding, soffit, and fascia to blend with the home's existing aesthetic.
