The Challenge
This Springfield home gained something it had long been missing: a fully enclosed, code-compliant garage built from the ground up. The project began with the demolition of the existing carport slab and the removal of the original entry door connecting the kitchen to the garage area — a clean slate from which the MOSS team could build something entirely new. New footers were installed beneath a freshly poured concrete slab, establishing a proper structural foundation before a single wall went up.
