The project included full architectural and engineering services, demolition of existing structures, and construction of a new conditioned living space with extensive glazing and modern amenities. The new sunroom features energy-efficient vinyl casement windows, a sliding glass door, and luxury vinyl plank flooring, all designed to blend seamlessly with the existing home's exterior finishes and architectural style. The space was fully integrated with the home's HVAC and electrical systems, providing year-round comfort with proper insulation, climate control, and ambient lighting including recessed fixtures and a ceiling fan.
