The Result

The renovation extended beyond the kitchen to include a relocated and upgraded second-floor laundry closet within the master bedroom suite, complete with reframed flooring to eliminate the previous step-up configuration. The basement expansion matched the new first-floor footprint, providing substantial unfinished storage space with proper insulation, waterproofing, and drainage systems. Throughout the project, careful attention was paid to architectural details, including new vinyl siding, soffit, fascia, and trim work that seamlessly blends with the existing home. The kitchen features oil-rubbed bronze fixtures from Moen's Arbor collection with touchless MotionSense technology, custom tile backsplash, and coordinating Amerock Blackrock cabinet hardware, creating a cohesive and sophisticated design aesthetic.
