The Result

Special attention was given to structural reinforcement, including wind bracing installation on three garage walls to support the master bedroom dormer expansion above. The exterior work featured the installation of three new 40"x58" windows on the front dormer facade, complete with proper flashing, trim detailing, and siding repairs to seamlessly integrate with the existing home. The project transformed the upper level, providing the homeowners with expanded bedroom and closet space while maintaining the architectural character of their McLean residence.
