This comprehensive whole-home remodel in Annandale, VA transformed a residence through extensive basement finishing and multi-bathroom renovations across three levels. The basement was completely reconfigured from an unfinished space into a fully finished living area featuring a new bathroom with custom tile shower, bonus room with media capabilities, laundry closet, and provisions for a future kitchenette. The project included structural modifications with masonry cuts, new structural openings using wood and LVL headers, installation of a gas fireplace with custom mantle, and complete mechanical systems including HVAC ductwork, new electrical sub-panel, and modern plumbing throughout.
