The Result

The work extended beyond the kitchen to include relocating and fully remodeling a powder room from the former mudroom area, as well as a luxury master bathroom renovation featuring a custom tile shower with Wedi waterproofing systems, dual vanities, and semi-frameless glass enclosure. All three spaces received new plumbing rough-ins, upgraded electrical systems with LED lighting, enhanced HVAC with properly vented exhaust fans, and professional paint finishes. The project required comprehensive structural engineering, permitting, and coordination to ensure code compliance while maintaining the home's functionality throughout construction.
