The Result

The scope extended to relocating and fully remodeling the powder room from the mudroom area, and executing a complete master bathroom transformation featuring a custom tile shower with Wedi waterproofing system, semi-frameless enclosure, dual vanities, and porcelain tile flooring. Approximately 400 square feet of new hardwood flooring was installed in the kitchen, mudroom, and powder room areas, with an additional 800 square feet of existing hardwood refinished throughout the main level to create a cohesive aesthetic. All work included comprehensive mechanical updates with new HVAC ductwork, PEX plumbing systems, updated electrical service to current code, and professional painting throughout the renovated spaces.
