Stonebrook Drive Manassas Home Addition

MOSS Building & Design completed a comprehensive two-story shell addition and whole-home exterior renovation for a residence in Oakton, Virginia. The project featured a 38'x16' dried-in shell addition with complete framing, windows, doors, roofing, and siding. The scope included dividing an existing master bedroom into two separate bedrooms with complete finishes, applying brick veneer to the attached garage front, and replacing all vinyl siding on both the main house and detached garage with James Hardie ColorPlus lap siding. The addition was constructed on a slab-on-grade foundation with CMU or poured concrete basement walls, pre-manufactured roof trusses, and a decorative gable feature over the garage front. The project was executed in phases, beginning with interior bedroom work and garage improvements, followed by the main addition and exterior renovations.
