The Result

Exterior improvements included installing brick veneer on the attached garage front to match existing masonry, adding a decorative gable over new front windows, and replacing all vinyl siding with Hardie-Plank siding on both the main house and detached garage. The project featured comprehensive roofing replacement on both the house and detached garage with 25-year architectural shingles, new gutters and downspouts, and 16 Energy Star rated vinyl windows. Mechanical systems included HVAC ductwork extensions, electrical work with a new 100-amp sub-panel, recessed lighting on dimmers, and rough-in plumbing for future bathroom expansion in the basement addition.
