Materials & Finishes
Kitchen
The kitchen's tile selections follow the project's preliminary design specifications, with final materials chosen to complement the overall aesthetic of the home.
Laundry Room
Designed to feel as considered as the rest of the home, the laundry room features Kitchen Classics Concord White cabinetry — a clean, classic foundation that keeps the space feeling bright and organized. The Century Hardware Lisbon Bar pulls in 96mm Brushed Antique Pewter add a subtle vintage warmth, grounding the crisp white cabinetry with just the right amount of character.
Master Bathroom
The master bathroom's shower enclosure is where craftsmanship truly takes center stage. A custom frameless design built with 3/8" low iron tempered glass brings exceptional clarity and a barely-there elegance to the space, while ClearShield protective coating ensures the glass stays pristine long after installation. Chrome Vienna wall mount hinges and hardware lend a refined, architectural edge, complemented by a chrome tubular 6" back-to-back pull handle that feels substantial in hand. Heavy duty square wall clamps with an integrated drip rail and premium sealing system complete the enclosure — details that speak to both the durability and the precision that define this shower as a true focal point of the room.
