The Result

Additional work included powder room toilet replacement, pantry modifications with new cabinet and sink installation, and strategic updates to plumbing, electrical, and ventilation systems. The master bathroom retained its existing double vanity and toilet while completely transforming the shower space with modern fixtures including dual shower heads, body sprays, waterproof LED lighting, and a new exhaust fan. All work was performed to meet or exceed county building codes with proper permitting and inspections, including comprehensive painting and finish work to restore affected areas.
