The project involved complex architectural elements including custom gable work on the front and side elevations, chimney height modifications to accommodate the new roofline pitch and angles, and careful integration of new construction with the existing home's aesthetic. The addition featured enhanced bathroom spaces with custom vanities and modern fixtures, as well as improved storage solutions throughout the upper level. Special attention was paid to architectural details, with decorative elements like a terracotta chimney extension and multiple supplemental gables creating visual interest on the exterior. Interior improvements included the installation of space-saving pocket doors, a custom linen closet in the existing hallway, and the replacement of existing upper-level interior doors to create a cohesive look throughout the home.
