Rose Place Project

This first-floor interior remodel in Falls Church, VA transformed a 175 square foot space into a functional living area with an updated bathroom and custom storage solutions. The project involved reconfiguring the existing layout to incorporate a pocket door, custom site-built seating with hinged storage tops, and built-in shelving features. The scope included finishing existing cabinet interiors with drywall, installing trimmed-out 12-inch full-depth shelving with beadboard backing painted to match existing trim, and ensuring all new millwork seamlessly integrated with the home's existing aesthetic.
