Materials & Finishes

Designed to balance earthy warmth with bold, grounded drama, this Burke kitchen draws its character from a carefully considered palette of natural stone and handcrafted tile. The countertops are finished in Verde Butterfly granite at a generous 24-inch depth, paired with black onyx grout that deepens the stone's rich veining and lends the space a sophisticated, jewel-toned edge. At the backsplash, Sandlewood Monterrey 3x6-inch tile in a warm desert tone brings an organic softness to the room, with a decorative border and desert bloom grout adding a layer of artisanal detail that rewards a closer look. The undermount stainless steel single bowl sink — configured with three holes for flexible faucet placement — keeps the countertop lines clean and uninterrupted, while the oil rubbed bronze faucet (Model PFX1414MRB) introduces a classic, burnished finish that bridges the warmth of the tile with the depth of the stone. Tucked neatly into the design, the ICONTRACTOR333 disposal in a sleek black finish ensures the hardworking elements of the kitchen are as considered as the decorative ones.
