Basement
Designed to feel like a true extension of the home rather than an afterthought, the finished basement grounds itself in NuCore Cheyenne Rigid Core Luxury Vinyl Plank with cork backing at 6.5mm — a resilient, sound-dampening choice that brings warmth underfoot without sacrificing durability. Mohawk Natural Splendor II carpet in Stone Sculpture softens designated accent areas, adding a layer of texture and comfort that makes the space feel lived-in and inviting.
Basement Bathroom
The basement bathroom is a study in cohesion, where a matte black palette threads through every fixture and finish with quiet confidence. The Ariel Cambridge 37" floor-mounted vanity anchors the space in crisp white, its marble top and integrated oval sink offering an elegant counterpoint to the boldness of the hardware. Delta Ashlyn plumbing fixtures carry the matte black finish throughout — from the widespread vanity faucet to the Monitor 17 Series pressure-balanced shower system with integrated volume control — while thoughtful accessories including dual robe hooks, a pivoting toilet paper holder, and a universal tank lever ensure the design language never breaks. A Kohler K-3814-0 toilet and a custom glass shower enclosure by Dulles Glass and Mirror complete the room's clean, tailored geometry. Overhead, the Elegant Lighting Collier collection — a 3-light 28" vanity bar and a 10" single sconce, both in black — casts the space in warm, layered light, while the Elegant Lighting Eternity 32" x 24" rectangular metal-framed mirror in black ties the vanity wall together with sharp, deliberate framing. A NuTone QTN110E Ultra Silent exhaust fan keeps the atmosphere fresh without interrupting the room's refined calm.
Exterior
A custom iron front railing in the 190-W style — fabricated without pickets for a clean, open silhouette — by Reliable Rails, Inc. gives the home's entry a refined first impression that sets the tone before you step inside.
