The planned renovation also included interior stairs with potential internal closet connections, new windows throughout, recessed lighting, comprehensive electrical work, bathroom rough-in plumbing, trim carpentry, and complete interior painting. The project included full architectural and engineering services to develop construction-ready drawings, planning and material selection services, and coordination for all necessary building permits and inspections. The design phase involved approximately three months of client collaboration to refine the conceptual drawings and develop a detailed construction plan that met both the homeowner's vision and local zoning requirements.
