Partridge Place Home Addition

Materials & Finishes

Designed to feel like a seamless extension of the existing home, the kitchen addition at Partridge Place centers on custom Wellston cabinetry profile-matched to the original millwork — a detail that ensures the new space reads as intentional rather than added-on. Calacatta quartz slab countertops (WW#49594) bring a clean, luminous surface to the workspace, while a designer tile backsplash with Schluter trim and coordinated grout adds texture and a considered finishing edge. At the sink, a stainless steel undermount sink with protective grate and flange pairs with a Delta matte black kitchen faucet (9159-BL-DST), a striking contrast that anchors the space with a touch of modern edge. An InSinkErator Badger 5XP garbage disposal keeps the workspace as functional as it is beautiful, and custom cabinet hardware ties the cabinetry together with a cohesive, curated feel.

The bathroom is built around a high-gloss gray vanity that sets a sophisticated, contemporary tone from the moment you step in. Dual Kohler faucets in brushed nickel (K-22022-4-BN) complement the vanity's finish with understated warmth, while the Kohler shower system — featuring brushed nickel trim (K-8304, K-TS24617-4-BN), a dedicated shower arm (K-7395-BN), and a rain head (26112SRN) — transforms the shower into a spa-caliber experience. A custom frameless glass enclosure keeps the visual field open, allowing the designer tile selections for the flooring and shower surround to take center stage. The brushed nickel finish carries through every touchpoint in the room: towel bar, towel ring, robe hook, and toilet paper holder (K-21954-BN, K-21953-BN, K-21955-BN, K-21956-BN) are all drawn from Kohler's coordinating accessories collection, creating a sense of quiet cohesion. A brushed nickel vanity lighting fixture (45688NI) completes the space, casting the room in a warm, even glow that honors every carefully chosen detail.
