MOSS Building & Design completed a comprehensive dual bathroom renovation in Leesburg, VA, transforming both a hall bathroom and a master bathroom into luxurious, modern spaces. The full hall bathroom renovation featured a 60-inch Ariel Hepburn freestanding double vanity with quartz top, Delta Trinsic widespread faucets in stainless steel, and a Kohler Highline comfort height toilet. The space was enhanced with custom tilework featuring Travertino Flow tile, an American Standard 60-inch alcove soaking tub, and Delta Bowery shower fixtures with a universal multi-function shower head. The master bathroom renovation elevated the space with premium selections including a Signature Hardware Treece 60-inch acrylic freestanding tub, an Avanity Modero 72-inch double vanity in brushed oak, and a custom glass shower enclosure. The shower was outfitted with Kohler Parallel fixtures in brushed nickel, including a 10-inch Awaken rainhead with ceiling-mounted arm, transfer valve for multiple shower functions, and a hand shower package. Both bathrooms received custom niche installations with detailed specifications, upgraded exhaust ventilation, designer lighting fixtures, and coordinated hardware suites.
