Oak Lane Home Addition

MOSS Building & Design completed a comprehensive home addition and renovation project for a residence in Sterling, VA. This project involved the construction of multiple structural additions including a front covered porch with matching roofing, a side entrance way with new footings and concrete slab, and a covered rear deck with pressure-treated framing. The work encompassed extensive framing, foundation work including footings and block installation, roofing with matching shingles, and exterior improvements. The project also included electrical rough-in work with recessed lighting provisions, insulation to code, and the installation of multiple exterior doors and windows throughout the additions.
