The Result

The scope included professional framing, insulation with R-15 rated materials in exterior walls, and complete drywall installation with finishing throughout the new spaces. Three high-quality Energy Star rated vinyl windows were installed—one double-hung and two sliding units—all featuring double-pane Low-E glass with argon gas, grilles (later modified to eliminate grids per client preference), and white hardware. The bathroom received six wet-location LED recessed lights, two NuTone exhaust fans, and luxury vinyl flooring, while the bedroom and hallway featured custom lighting including homeowner-provided wall and ceiling sconces. Additional design elements included shiplap accent wall installation in the dining room area, enhancing the overall aesthetic of the finished space.
