The Result

The scope extended beyond structural changes to include high-quality finishes throughout the main level. All hardwood flooring was refinished, including new red oak installation in the renovated spaces, while ceramic tile was added in the laundry room. Extensive electrical work provided modern lighting with dimmable LED recessed fixtures, under-cabinet lighting, and outdoor lighting integrated into the new porch and deck areas.
