This comprehensive kitchen and laundry room renovation in Falls Church, VA transformed the heart of the home with thoughtful design and quality craftsmanship. The project included complete kitchen remodeling with new custom cabinetry, countertops, plumbing and lighting fixtures, and high-end appliances. The scope extended to a laundry room refresh with new cabinetry, as well as the installation of premium windows and an elegant Pella 450 Series inswing French door with white finishes and brushed nickel hardware. The project also addressed critical infrastructure improvements, including HVAC system modifications, subfloor replacement to eliminate deflection, and upgraded spray foam insulation for enhanced energy efficiency and comfort. Premium tile work throughout the spaces completed the transformation, while decorative crown molding in the dining room added an elegant finishing touch.
