The Result

The main floor expansion incorporated extensive semi-custom Hampshire cabinetry with quartz countertops, wainscoting to match the existing home's character, and new kitchen fixtures including sink and backsplash. The second floor featured matching hardwood flooring and a complete hall bathroom remodel with contemporary finishes. The project included comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems with HVAC rezoning utilizing a new heat pump system, LED recessed lighting throughout, and all necessary code-compliant installations. Site work involved demolition of existing masonry walls, doors, windows, and rear landing, with installation of a new composite Trex deck and stairs providing elegant exterior access.
