The Result

The renovation involved complete flooring replacements in both bathrooms, transitioning from existing materials to custom tile installations. Work included thorough demolition and removal of existing flooring and baseboards, installation of proper underlayment systems to ensure longevity, and professional tile setting with homeowner-selected materials. The upstairs hallway bathroom received particularly extensive treatment, with new Durock underlayment, custom tile and grout installation, and freshly painted trim work to complete the polished aesthetic.
