The Result

All three porch areas received premium exterior finishes including composite trim, fascia and soffit, new roofing with 30-year architectural shingles, and coordinated gutter systems. The rear screened porch features custom beadboard ceiling, composite-wrapped posts and beams, and fiberglass screening throughout. Stone veneer work was executed on both the side patio and front porch foundation to create visual continuity with existing masonry elements. The project also included selective demolition, plumbing relocation using PEX systems, and meticulous attention to matching existing materials and finishes for a cohesive final appearance.
