The Result

Additional improvements included the professional re-installation of existing stair gates and preparation for low-voltage accent lighting on the deck posts along the stairway and landing area. The work was designed as a cosmetic enhancement that would extend the life of the deck while improving its visual appeal and usability. All new materials were selected to provide years of reliable service, with the understanding that finishing treatments such as staining or sealing would be handled separately by the homeowner.
