The Result

The project included excavation and installation of nine concrete pier footings (24" deep x 24" x 24"), complete structural framing with pressure-treated lumber, Trex composite decking installation, and pressure-treated steps to grade with matching Trex treads. The deck was finished with Trex railings, post sleeves, and aluminum balusters for a cohesive, low-maintenance aesthetic. All necessary architectural, engineering, and design services were provided, along with permitting, inspections, and site management including portable restroom facilities and proper work area protection throughout construction.
