Delta Place Bathroom Renovation

Materials & Finishes

Designed as a true retreat, this Annandale bathroom balances spa-level indulgence with refined, cohesive detailing throughout. Stonebridge Evanston maple cabinetry in a rich coffee finish with 20 sheen anchors the space, paired with framed mirrors that echo the same finish for a seamlessly tailored look. The vanity countertops are finished in Q-Quartz Marbella, lending the surface a soft, marble-inspired elegance that holds up beautifully to daily use. At the sink, a Kohler undermount basin is paired with a Delta 8" widespread faucet in Brilliance Stainless — a finish that carries through every fixture and accessory in the room with quiet consistency.

The centerpiece of the space is the Mirabelle Ocala 66" freestanding soaking tub, a sculptural presence that invites long, unhurried evenings. It's served by the Mirabelle Vilamonte brushed nickel freestanding tub filler, whose warm metallic tone offers a deliberate and sophisticated contrast to the Brilliance Stainless found elsewhere. The custom steam shower enclosure, fabricated by Dulles Glass and Mirror, houses a Mr. Steam 225 cubic foot residential steam package alongside a complete Delta Faucet shower system in Brilliance Stainless — including a trim kit, handheld shower with slidebar, and diverter valve — making it as functional as it is striking. The Kohler Corbelle two-piece toilet with brushed nickel lever and Grip-Tight seat rounds out the fixtures with understated practicality.

The full Delta Faucet accessory suite in Brilliance Stainless — towel bar, towel ring, robe hook, and toilet paper holder — ensures every detail speaks the same design language. Overhead, the Progress Lighting Glenmont 3-light vanity fixture, spanning 23" wide with opal etched glass shades, casts a warm, diffused glow that flatters the space at any hour. A Panasonic WhisperCeiling ventilation fan completes the room quietly and efficiently, keeping the atmosphere as fresh as the design itself.
