The Result

Interior work focused on dividing an existing master bedroom into two separate bedrooms, including all necessary framing, insulation, drywall, trim work, and pre-finished red oak hardwood flooring. The project included installation of 16 Energy Star rated vinyl windows, 2 sliding glass doors, and interior doors throughout. Mechanical systems were extended with HVAC ductwork to the new bedrooms, a 100-amp electrical sub-panel installation, recessed lighting, and rough-in plumbing for future bathroom facilities in the basement addition. The project was executed in phases, beginning with interior bedroom work and garage brick installation, followed by a planned pause before resuming with the addition construction, siding replacement, and roofing work.
