Master Bathroom
Designed with a clean, classic sensibility, the master bathroom centers on a custom Montlake vanity with Shaker-style doors and slab drawer fronts — a pairing that balances traditional craftsmanship with a quietly modern edge. The vanity is topped with Giallo Vicenza countertops and fitted with an American Standard Ovalyn undermount sink in Bone, grounded by a polished chrome Delta vanity faucet that keeps the palette crisp and cohesive. In the shower, a complete Delta Dryden suite in chrome delivers both form and function, with a three-setting diverter system, rain shower head, slide bar handheld shower, and a balanced pressure trim valve working in concert for a refined, spa-like experience. At the tub, a three-port diverter tub filler is paired with Kohler Memoir chrome trims and universal valves, maintaining a seamless finish language across every water fixture in the room. Chrome bath accessories — including a 24-inch towel bar and toilet paper holder — carry that polished finish throughout, lending the space a sense of considered, head-to-toe continuity.
Hall
A custom mirror, provided as part of the glass and mirror scope, brings a finishing touch to the hall area and ties the overall renovation together with a detail that feels intentional rather than incidental.
