The Result

The renovation included extensive tile installation with Schluter waterproofing strips, upgraded plumbing fixtures, and a combination exhaust fan and lighting system with recessed ceiling fixtures. The project also addressed critical structural concerns, including professional mold remediation of existing insulation, replacement with new R-19 insulation, supplemental framing at affected areas, and spray insulation application. A custom glass shower enclosure completed the transformation, delivering a modern, spa-like bathroom that maximizes both space and style.
