This comprehensive upper-level renovation in Falls Church, VA transformed two full bathrooms along with adjacent hallway and bedroom spaces. The project included complete demolition and reconstruction of both bathrooms, featuring a luxurious walk-in tiled shower in the master suite and a tub/shower combination in the hall bath. All new plumbing rough-ins and fixtures were installed, including Kohler vanities, faucets, and a bidet seat in the master bathroom. The scope extended beyond the bathrooms to include removal of existing carpeting throughout the upper level, installation of hardwood flooring on the landing, stairs, and bedrooms (sanded and stained to match existing floors), and luxury vinyl plank flooring in both bathrooms. Electrical upgrades brought the system to code with 12 new recessed lights installed throughout, plus infrastructure for three ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The finishing touches included installation of eight new swing doors (five solid core), two sets of bypass closet doors, complete drywall patching, and fresh paint on all walls, ceilings, and trim across the entire upper level.
