The Result

The renovation featured custom cabinetry installations around both the bar area and a masonry fireplace, complemented by butcher block countertops with custom stain. The bathroom was finished with a complete plumbing package including a single-hole faucet, shower system, toilet, and coordinating accessories including towel bars, hooks, and toilet paper holder. A high-quality Energy Star rated 15-lite French door with built-in shades and Low-E glass was installed to provide exterior access. The design incorporated carefully selected tile work for the fireplace surround, bathroom surfaces, and backsplash, creating visual interest throughout the space. Professional paint application with accent wall treatment completed the transformation, delivering a polished, move-in ready basement suited for both relaxation and entertaining.
