Bathroom
Designed as a serene retreat within the heart of Falls Church, this bathroom balances sculptural form with thoughtful, coordinated finishes. The Signature Hardware Sitka 60" three-wall alcove acrylic soaking tub anchors the space, dressed with Kohler Tone chrome tub trim and spout for a clean, refined silhouette. The shower experience is elevated by a Hansgrohe exposed thermostatic shower system featuring the Croma Select S 180 2-jet showerpipe — delivering precise temperature control and a generous 2.0 GPM flow within a frameless glass enclosure that keeps the space feeling open and airy. Custom tile throughout the wet room and tub surround adds a bespoke layer of texture and character unique to this home. At the vanity, a Kohler Verticyl 17-1/8" rectangular undermount vitreous china sink pairs with the Kohler Tone single-hole faucet in a striking carbon black finish — a detail that anchors the room's dual-tone palette of carbon black and chrome carried through coordinating Kohler Tone accessories, including a towel ring, robe hook, and grab bar. A TOTO Aquia IV dual-flush elongated two-piece toilet with included seat rounds out the fixtures with water-conscious efficiency. Natural light enters through a tempered double-hung vinyl replacement window in a crisp white interior and exterior finish, while a Panasonic 110 CFM motion and humidity-sensing exhaust fan works quietly in the background to keep the environment as comfortable as it is beautiful.
