EXTERIOR FINISHES
The exterior addition features custom selected brick veneer with dark color bricks intentionally pulled from the installation to ensure a cohesive, refined appearance that seamlessly integrates with the existing home's architecture.
HARDWOOD FLOORING
The kitchen and addition showcase 2¼" wide White Oak hardwood flooring expertly matched to the existing floors throughout the home. The floors are finished with two coats of Duraseal Special Walnut stain and three coats of semi-gloss polyurethane topcoat, creating a rich, durable surface with beautiful depth and luster.
KITCHEN CABINETRY
Custom cabinetry features a sophisticated two-tone design with the island finished in Evening Dove and perimeter cabinets in a complementary finish. The design includes a modified tall cabinet configuration with 31.5" width and 1.5" extended stile for optimal functionality. Cabinet hardware consists of Top Knobs Ascendra pulls in Honey Bronze finish, available in 5 1/16" and 6 5/16" sizes, adding elegant transitional styling throughout.
