The Result

The addition incorporated multiple functional spaces including a new powder room, expanded kitchen area with wet bar, and an exterior deck. A custom fireplace installation required coordinated framing, siding and roofing repairs, and structural support preparation for stone facing. The plumbing scope addressed challenging site conditions with the installation of an injector pit system with grinder pump and battery backup, along with additional hose bibs and comprehensive fixture rough-ins. Interior finishes included custom tile work with an accent wall in the powder room and glass tile backsplash installation in the kitchen, complemented by custom countertop and floating shelf bracket installations.
