The Result

Beyond the addition itself, the project scope expanded to include a complete exterior renovation of the existing home. This involved removing and replacing all siding, wrapping the windows and doors in aluminum stock, and installing Tyvek house wrap on the existing structure which previously had none. Additional electrical work was incorporated to enhance functionality, including rough-in installations for exterior lighting near the garage and a new outlet by the front door. The comprehensive nature of this project resulted in a fully updated home exterior with enhanced living space.
