This comprehensive residential remodeling project in Oakton, VA encompassed a two-story shell addition measuring approximately 38' x 16', complete interior renovation to divide an existing master bedroom into two separate bedrooms, and extensive exterior upgrades. The shell addition was constructed with full foundation work, structural framing, windows, doors, roofing, and siding to provide a weather-tight enclosure ready for future finishing.
