The Result

The interior scope encompassed creating two new bedrooms from the existing master bedroom space, complete with new framing, insulation, drywall, trim work, and pre-finished red oak hardwood flooring. The project included installation of 16 new Energy Star rated vinyl windows, 2 sliding glass doors, multiple interior and exterior doors, and comprehensive electrical work with a new 100-amp sub-panel. HVAC modifications extended ductwork to properly condition the newly created bedroom spaces. Rough plumbing work was completed in the basement addition for future bathroom installation. The project was executed in phases, with interior bedroom work and garage brick veneer completed first, followed by a planned pause before resuming with the addition, siding, and roofing components.
