The Result

In addition to the dormer construction, the project scope expanded to include front porch improvements, featuring the replacement of existing support posts with new 6x6 pressure-treated posts wrapped in PVC coil stock for durability and aesthetics. Interior finishing included professional drywall installation throughout the new space and enhanced electrical systems with recessed lighting, new ceiling fan locations, and additional switch placements to create a fully functional and well-lit living area.
