The Approach

The main level renovation included opening interior dividing walls to establish better flow throughout the home, along with a complete kitchen transformation. The new kitchen showcases custom cabinetry with designer hardware, custom countertops, and a striking backsplash tile installation. Four new windows were added to the kitchen's rear wall, flooding the space with natural light and providing enhanced views of the yard. A walk-in pantry was created by repurposing the existing kitchen cabinets for storage. The project included removal of existing tile flooring and installation of new hardwood throughout, with refinishing of existing hardwood floors to create visual continuity across the entire level.
