The Result

In addition to the new construction, the project encompassed a complete remodel of the existing master bedroom suite, transforming the former master bathroom space into a new laundry room and reconfigured bathroom. This work included relocating the master bedroom entrance, creating new closet spaces in two adjacent bedrooms, and installing new HVAC systems to serve the expanded second floor. The project demonstrated sophisticated space planning, high-end finish selections including custom tile work and hardwood flooring throughout, and comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades to support the enhanced living spaces.
