The Result

The mechanical scope included extending HVAC ductwork to serve the new spaces, installing new plumbing points for the bathroom fixtures, and relocating the washer and dryer to the new laundry room. Three windows were replaced to improve natural light and meet code requirements. The project required coordination with the homeowners for furnace and water heater relocation prior to construction start, as well as procurement of bathroom fixtures, decorative lighting, and shower glass. All work was completed with proper permitting and inspections through the local jurisdiction.
