Materials & Finishes
Primary Bathroom The primary bathroom was conceived as a true spa retreat, anchored by an expansive custom shower outfitted with an all-Kohler plumbing suite in Vibrant Brushed Moderne Brass. The shower system combines a Kohler Statement Rain Shower Head, a Kohler Statement Shower Head with arm and trim kit, a Kohler Purist Multi-Function Hand Shower System, and a Kohler Body Spray Pivot System configured with a six-and-three split valve arrangement — all unified by the warm, burnished brass finish. A Kohler Purist Cross Diverter Trim Kit manages the multi-outlet system with understated elegance. The vanity is anchored by a Mason 30-inch base in black with vintage gold hardware, topped with an Arctic White quartz vanity top and backsplash fitted with an undermount white ceramic sink and a Kohler Widespread Purist Cross Faucet in Vibrant Brushed Moderne Brass. A Kohler Veil Concealed Trap Toilet in white completes the fixture suite. Tile throughout the shower follows the Conestoga/Roca layout shown in the design presentation, and ventilation is handled by a single-level exhaust fan rated at 120 sones. The shower is enclosed in a clear glass enclosure with black hardware, carrying the two-tone palette through to the final detail.
Wine Room Crafted as a destination space rather than an afterthought, the wine room centers on a custom bottle wall and a display wall designed to the elevations established in the design presentation. Countertops are finished in Calacatta Miraggio Gold, a veined stone that adds warmth and visual drama to the room. Perimeter lighting runs on dimmers, and the wine room's bottle wall layout was developed in close collaboration with a specialty fabricator.
Living Areas & Entry A walnut-finish slat wall serves as the defining architectural moment in the main living area, its horizontal rhythm punctuated by channel tape lighting at the base that extends the full length of the common wall. An art niche with concealed tape lighting adds a gallery-worthy touch nearby. At the entry to the exterior, a pendant light is centered within the soffit, offering a considered welcome. Throughout the home, Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring in Mott Taupe provides a cohesive, warm foundation underfoot.
Fireplace The prefabricated fireplace surround makes a bold statement with a full porcelain slab wall in Irish Green — a rich, veined stone selected and laid out in collaboration with the fabricator to achieve a deliberate, design-forward composition.
Doors, Hardware & Trim Interior doors and hardware were specified as an Emtek and Schlage suite, bringing a consistent, tailored quality to every threshold. The exterior door is a Smooth Star unit, painted black on site for a crisp, modern curb presence. Picture molding in the primary bedroom adds an architectural layer of refinement, and wood switch plates and outlet covers painted to match the wall color throughout the home ensure that even the smallest details read as intentional.
