The Result

The finished renovation created new bedroom and closet spaces on the second floor above the garage, complete with new windows, insulation to current energy codes, drywall finishing, interior trim, doors, and paint throughout. Electrical work included new lighting, switches, and garage door opener provisions. The project encompassed structural carpentry, roofing repairs to the front watershed roof system, exterior envelope restoration with siding and trim, HVAC integration, and comprehensive interior finishes. All work was completed to meet or exceed local building codes with proper permitting and inspections throughout the construction process.
