The Result

The project required sophisticated coordination across multiple trades, from foundation excavation and concrete work through complete interior finishing. Exterior work included removal and reconstruction of the existing deck bump-out and gas fireplace, installation of new vinyl windows with transoms, and roofing tied seamlessly into the existing structure. Interior improvements featured custom Brazilian cherry hardwood flooring with professional finishing in the dining room and raised family room floor, new carpet in the basement addition, complete HVAC integration with five new ducts, electrical systems including recessed and decorative lighting, and full drywall, insulation, and paint finishes throughout the new spaces. The result was a seamless integration of new construction with the existing 1997-built home.
