The basement features custom entertainment center cabinetry crafted by Bare Woods, complemented by Elevation Berber carpet in color #5741 with premium 8-pound padding extending throughout the finished basement areas and stairs.
BATHROOM
The bathroom showcases a 36-inch Bertch vanity in Brindle finish, topped with elegant New Venetian Gold granite countertops. Plumbing fixtures include Kohler Forte series faucets for both the vanity and shower, a Mirabelle vanity sink, and a Kohler Wellworth toilet. The shower is enclosed with a double slider glass door, and the space is completed with a framed mirror coordinated to match the cabinetry. Custom tile work was selected per detailed specifications.
REC ROOM & WET BAR
The rec room features custom Bertch bar cabinets in rich cherry wood with a Rose stain finish, base cabinets only. New Venetian Gold granite extends to the bar top, creating visual continuity with the bathroom design. The wet bar is equipped with a Kohler Forte bar faucet and a D-shaped bar sink with strainer. Custom tile materials were selected for both the entryway and wet bar areas to create cohesive, high-end finishes.

Fireplace cabinetry was deferred from the original scope per homeowner preference.
